Biography
Originally from Connecticut, where she studied violin at the Hartt
School, Valerie now lives in the Hayes, Virginia area. She plays
baroque violin for Colonial Williamsburg and teaches violin at
Centerstage Academy for the Performing Arts in York County, as well as
at the Bay School for the Arts in Mathews. She also teaches English at
the Fort Eustis branch of Saint Leo University. Her graduate degrees in
English and American Studies are from William and Mary.
